In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable once the event has ended.

Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for Beit Al Ward. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and Beit Al Ward agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.
