SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the product price or calculated at checkout depending on the order. If applicable, shipping fees are based on destination, weight, and delivery method and will be displayed before completing your order.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery time within Lebanon is 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via trusted local or international courier services. Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
5. Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, the customer may be responsible for additional costs such as re-delivery or return fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
