Shipping costs are included in the product price or calculated at checkout depending on the order. If applicable, shipping fees are based on destination:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery time within Lebanon is 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via private delivery completed by Beit al ward, and other trusted local or international courier services. Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs, or additional charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
