ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

1. You will receive a confirmation email from our team upon placing and delivering your order. If you do not receive these emails, please contact our customer service.

2. To track your order, log in to your account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choose from the following payment methods:

1. Online Payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

2. Offline Payment: Accepting money transfers (Wishmoney or OMT/……) or cash payments at our stores in Lebanon.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our expert florists and plant specialists ensure your selection is crafted with care to closely resemble what is displayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 72 hours from receipt to file a claim. For a valid return, the item must be in its original condition. Please provide photos highlighting the issue, and our team may ask additional questions about the item. If your claim is approved, our customer care team will notify you and either resend the item or process a refund to your original payment method. The refund will appear in your bank account within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
